Job Description As a Security Officer Data Center in Broomfield, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support badge and alarm response activities while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Monitor access to the facility, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report irregularities according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities in accordance with policy.
Complete detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic technology environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
