About This Position We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Officer's to join our security team! The role's require a proactive approach to surveillance and conflict management, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, a background in law enforcement or security, and the ability to respond effectively in various situations. Responsibilities Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized access or potential threats.
Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques to resolve issues calmly and professionally.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts.
Experience Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and collaboration.
