As a Security Officer Patrol in Carroll, IA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and care.

AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support compliance with site procedures. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents. Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site personnel, following required food facility protocols, and assisting with security-related concerns as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
