What You Can Expect Conflict resolution and de-escalation. Perform access control at security entrances / exits. Conduct patrols inside / outside the client's premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Provide detailed written reports. Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
