Industrial Security Professional with STT Security! Are you a proactive and dependable individual with a positive attitude? STT is expanding our team in Glendale Heights, IL and we're seeking Industrial Security Professionals for 1st and 2nd shifts. We're especially interested in candidates with experience in Gate access customer service, precise report writing, and familiarity with access control and. Come contribute to a vital role in industrial safety and security! Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Access Control Verify identification and authorization for all personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering and exiting the site. Operate and monitor access control systems, including gates, turnstiles, and electronic card readers. Conduct vehicle inspections for unauthorized materials. Loss Prevention Check, Confirm, and allow pick up of customer orders, based on provided receipts. Monitor for and deter theft of company property and materials. Enforce company policies regarding inventory control and material movement. Conduct inspections as authorized to prevent unauthorized removal of assets. Ensure compliance with all relevant security procedures, company policies, and legal regulations. Communication and Coordination Communicate effectively with site management, employees, visitors, and emergency services. Coordinate with law enforcement or other external agencies when necessary. Provide information and assistance to authorized personnel. Key and Asset Management Monitor and secure valuable assets or equipment. Training and Development Participate in ongoing security training and professional development. Maintain proficiency in the use of security equipment and systems. Physical Requirements Able to perform normal or emergency duties requiring moderate to arduous physical exertion such as:

• Counting, comparing and comparing picked merchandise matches receipts.
• Standing, sitting or walking for up to 8-12 hours
• Lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 50Ibs
• Work during inclement weather conditions, such as extreme heat and cold. Other Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent
