Echler Security Services is currently seeking reliable, professional, and experienced Security Officers for an active assignment in the Monroe, Louisiana area. We are looking for dependable officers who take their responsibilities seriously, arrive on time, maintain a professional appearance, and can be counted on to work their scheduled shifts.

SCHEDULE & COVERAGE

This assignment requires flexible availability and includes:

• Monday-Friday:

  12-hour shifts

• Weekends:

  24-hour coverage

• Holidays:

  24-hour coverage
• Additional coverage may be available depending on site needs Officers should be prepared to work day or night shifts, weekends, holidays, and additional coverage when needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

• Hold a current and active Louisiana Security Officer License
• Have at least 1 year of professional security experience
• Have reliable transportation to and from the Monroe area
• Be dependable and punctual
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Be able to follow written and verbal post orders
• Have strong communication and observation skills
• Be comfortable working independently when required
• Be willing to work 12-hour shifts
• Be available for weekend and holiday coverage
• Be able to reliably report for every accepted shift

SECURITY OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties may include:

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence
• Monitor entrances, exits, employees, visitors, and designated areas
• Conduct routine patrols of the assigned property
• Observe and report suspicious or unusual activity
• Assist with access control when required
• Help maintain a safe and secure environment
• Respond appropriately to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
• Professionally de-escalate situations when appropriate
• Complete accurate incident reports and required shift documentation
• Follow all site-specific post orders and client requirements
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding incidents or concerns
• Remain alert and attentive throughout the entire assigned shift
