Role:

Siriboe Protection Service LLC is looking for a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our team in Short Hills, NJ. This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining safety, order, and peace of mind for clients and the communities we serve. Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or disturbances Conduct regular security checks of buildings, entrances, and perimeters Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs Enforce facility rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors, employees, and tenants

Requirements:

Valid New Jersey Security Officer registration or license preferred Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is a plus Strong observational and situational awareness skills Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
