Unarmed Security Officers needed in Bluffton, OH FT/Monday-Friday (12pm-4pm) & Saturday (5am-3pm) - $15.75/hr As an Unarmed Security Officer with Genric, you will be responsible for the safety and security of our client's property and personnel, as well as your co-workers.

Qualifications:

Be at least 18 years of age Possess High School diploma or equivalent Valid Ohio driver's license preferred Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard Possess effective written and oral communication skills to accurately maintain completed logs and reports Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional manner Possess intermediate computer skills Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat Ability to follow established security protocols, while using initiative and good judgment

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate loyalty to the company and client Set and follow priorities Work as a team with other management and office personnel Respond to emails, miscellaneous items and issues presented by the client. Ensuring all Time Sheets are accurately completed and submitted as per Genric's policy Ensure the gate is running efficiently and according to set procedures and policies addressing any issues and concerns in a timely manner Ensure all visitors and truck drivers show a valid photo id and are signed in/out accordingly Ensure badges are issued according to client policy Ensure plant rounds are completed and buildings are secure and unsecured at the appropriate times Ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely and legible manner Ensure all CCTV equipment is functional and operating properly, reporting need for repairs as required Monitor CCTV for suspicious activity Ensure all doors, readers, fences, and gates are operational reporting repairs as required. Follow client procedures for allowing access to all doors and gates. Ensure all Genric Log Sheets are completed correctly any issues resolved Ensure all Genric Service Reports are completed and any issues resolved Be available to the client throughout your shirt via telephone Suggest and implement any improvements in procedures Highlight equipment deficiencies or potential improvements Carry out other instructions as required #
