Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail location. Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report concerns, and provide welcoming customer service to shoppers and associates. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a retail location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and the building perimeter to help deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity. Observe and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and incidents using established communication and documentation procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting store leadership and/or emergency services as appropriate. Support access control, crowd management, and emergency response activities while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.

Minimum Requirements:

Provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent as required by the client. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
