Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm

Wyomissing, PA

Pay:

$30.39 Per Hour We are currently hiring an ACT 235 Certified Armed Security Field Supervisor with 1st shift availability on weekdays. This is a supervisor position that requires prior Security Supervisor experience, and the ability to oversee a 7 man security team.

What You'll Do:

Patrol assigned interior/exterior areas by foot, Monitor surroundings and report suspicious activity Respond quickly to incidents in line with company policy and use-of-force guidelines Write detailed reports and maintain daily activity logs (DARs) Enforce site policies, post orders, and client rules Support customer service needs throughout the facility Stay informed on site-specific emergency protocols Supervise a 7-man security team On site client liaison Training new employees and ongoing current staff

What You Need:

Current ACT 235 certification Security Supervisor experience Personal firearm, level 2+ holster, and duty belt High school diploma or equivalent At least 1-3 years of Security Supervisor experience in security Law enforcement and/or military preferred Strong written communication for report writing Reliable transportation to and from the site Ability to pass a background check PA #188 Education Requirements (All) HS Diploma GED or H.S. Equivalent Certification Requirements (All)
