At Shield and Buckler Security, Inc. our mission is to provide a product that ensures our client's security with personnel highly trained in proficiency, integrity and customer service. Our security firm is seeking a Security Officer to work at a local hospital and assist with providing security.

Responsibilities:

Provide a security presence for the purpose of assisting in the protection of hospital staff, patients, and visitors. Respond to emergency situations. Patrol designated security areas. Provide security services such as escorts, authorized entry, temporary ID, motorist assist, lock/unlock buildings, within the perimeter of security. Investigate and follow up on incidents. Complete comprehensive written reports and activity logs. Maintain established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, objectives, and quality assurance programs. Uphold hospital values and safety standards. Maintain professional growth and development. Perform other duties as assigned. Military, law enforcement and security experience a plus. Uniforms, equipment and contract specific training are provided. Hourly Pay $15.00.

Requirements:

Ability to obtain a State of TN Armed Security Guard License. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Valid driver's license. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. Ability to complete comprehensive reports and logs. Shift times vary (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
