Duties Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to detect suspicious activity and ensure physical security of the premises Conduct regular patrols of the property, including buildings, parking areas, and perimeter fences, to identify potential security breaches or hazards Control access points using access control systems, verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, and contractors Respond swiftly to emergencies by following established procedures for fire safety, medical incidents, or security threats Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities for future reference and investigations Perform background checks on new employees or vendors as part of the onboarding process to ensure compliance with security policies Assist in conflict de-escalation and manage difficult situations with professionalism and calmness Requirements If you are not a licensed officer, We will Train you and pay for your certification Proven experience in security roles or law enforcement is highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and access control technologies Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and physical security duties Familiarity with emergency response procedures and fire safety protocols Strong communication skills for incident report writing and conflict management Ability to perform background checks and conduct thorough security assessments Demonstrated commitment to compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws Join us as a Security Officer where your dedication ensures safety while providing excellent customer service.
