Armed Level 4 Security Officer $29/hour | Claude, TX | W-2 Employment | Growth Into Armed & Executive Protection | Full-Time Opportunities This position is assigned to Claude, Texas . You represent the client, the company, and the standard every time you step on site. You stay alert, communicate professionally, handle pressure without losing composure, and take ownership without needing someone to constantly manage you. This is not a "sit around and collect a check" security position. What You'll Do You will provide professional unarmed security services while maintaining a strong presence, protecting clients, and representing the company to a high standard.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain a visible, alert, and professional security presence Help create a safe and secure environment for clients, personnel, and property Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and evolving situations De-escalate conflicts using communication and sound judgment Follow post orders, operational procedures, and company expectations Adapt to changing assignments, schedules, and operational needs Communicate professionally with clients, teammates, and the public Represent the company with professionalism at all times Support the team and contribute to a reliable operational environment Hiring Process Our hiring process is structured to identify dependable professionals who align with our standards and culture.
