In this role, you will be the first line of defense, ensuring a secure environment through proactive patrolling, surveillance, and customer service. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to compliance will help prevent incidents and respond effectively to emergencies. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the property, including buildings, parking areas, and access points, to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety. Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and identify potential security threats. Control access points using security protocols and access control systems, verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and employees. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies following established emergency response procedures. Write detailed incident reports documenting any suspicious activity, security breaches, or accidents for record-keeping and future reference. Assist with conflict de-escalation by managing disputes calmly and professionally while maintaining safety for all parties involved. Requirements Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is highly desirable; military background is a plus. Knowledge of surveillance technology, CCTV systems, access control systems, and manual handling techniques. Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and Taser use preferred; training provided if necessary. Ability to perform physical security tasks including heavy lifting and patrolling for extended periods. Strong incident report writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with emergency response procedures and fire safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively through conflict management techniques. Ability to perform background checks as part of security screening processes while maintaining confidentiality. Compliant with all security regulations and standards related to physical security, heavy lifting, incident management, and law enforcement protocols. Pay:
