Responsibilities Monitor and control access to the solar site for employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel using security protocols and surveillance systems. Conduct regular patrols of the site perimeter and interior areas to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards. Operate CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems to observe activity across the site, ensuring continuous surveillance coverage. Respond promptly to security alarms or incidents, coordinating with emergency services when necessary. Maintain detailed logs of site activity, incident reports, and access records for accountability and compliance purposes. Enforce safety policies by conducting visual inspections and ensuring all personnel adhere to site regulations. Assist in conflict management situations with professionalism and calmness, de-escalating issues as they arise. Skills Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, or military service is highly desirable. Knowledge of surveillance technology including CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques. Certification in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during emergencies. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations effectively. Familiarity with security protocols specific to outdoor or industrial sites. Ability to perform physical patrols while standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with emergency responders or team members.
