Responsible for protection of Casino assets, patrons and employees. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information. High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in field or related field preferred or a combination of education and experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years surveillance experience to include surveillance operations, technical and quality areas with prior supervisory/management experience. Must have prior experience in a gaming environment, high-volume business or industry experience. Demonstrates strong knowledge of casino operations with working knowledge of total property surveillance. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in California and Arizona if required. Tribal preference will be given to qualified applicants.
