They are often relied upon to fill gaps, assist supervisors, and maintain a secure, professional environment. Patrol assigned areas to deter theft, vandalism, or unsafe behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and surveillance systems. Enforce site rules and regulations professionally. Assist visitors, employees, and clients with directions or concerns. Respond to incidents, emergencies, or alarms using de-escalation techniques. Write reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities or incidents.
