This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at our Security Center in Westmont , the Video Surveillance Specialist isresponsible for all Loss Prevention and Asset Protection byreviewing video footage and alerts from multiple dealership locations and alerting local authorities of any suspicious activity or safety concerns at Napleton's dealerships. Job Responsibilities:
Monitor video security footage for suspicious activity and security alertsContact local authorities with any security concernsCommunicate important details calmly, accurately, and with a sense of urgencyReport any equipment failures or outages immediatelyCommunicate effectively with management and dealership personnelAbility to multitask and monitor suspicious activity via video surveillance at multiple locationsOther duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalentOne+ years of computer experience-Video Monitoring experience is a plusDemonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully manage and prioritize assignmentsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to work a mix of schedules, including weekends and overnights.
