JOB SUMMARY

Monitor and concentrate on the cash flow in the Casino. Observe and report to upper management all pertinent events.

QUALIFICATIONS

Native American preference. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience and a background in gaming and Security preferred, but training will be provided. Must learn and know proper procedures for each department in the Casino.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Must be able to sit for long periods of time monitoring digital screens and all employee and patron activity. Must be focused and alert at all times.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Must be capable of following the flow of money and catch those who try to steal. Must be alert to all gambling scams. Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings.
