Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aircraft Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and airworthiness of our aircraft fleet through meticulous maintenance, inspection, and repair work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repair.
Conduct routine maintenance, such as tire changes, oil changes, and fluid checks, and overhaul components to meet stringent specifications.
Execute daily, preflight, postflight, and periodic inspections to identify any damage, defects, or wear.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues across various aircraft systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, landing gear systems, fuel systems, and flight control systems.
Repair and replace aircraft components using precision hand tools and power tools.
Assemble components and fabricate parts as needed for repairs, adhering to all safety and technical standards.
Install and rig flight control surfaces and other systems according to technical drawings and specifications.
Accurately document all maintenance and repair work performed, including inspections, repairs, and part replacements in aircraft logs and approved maintenance systems.
Compensation and Schedule
Compensation:
$30/hour - $75/hour
Schedule:
Full Time. 5:00pm - 2:00am (work may run longer depending on job assignment). Guaranteed 80 hours per pay period (bi-weekly), with overtime available when work is needed.

Requirements
A&P License is required.
3+ years of airframe, avionics, and powerplant aviation maintenance experience.
Engine run qualification preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Badge through the local airport authority.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to perform the following physical duties:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to bend, kneel, and climb.
Must be able to work in confined and elevated spaces.
Must have sufficient manual dexterity and vision to use tools and inspect aircraft systems.
Must be able to work in high-noise environments.
Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
