ENHANCED $35/hr Updated 08/31/2026 Job Description Overview $35/hr Job Summary Position Summary The Aviation Engine Technician performs maintenance, disassembly, assembly, repair, troubleshooting, inspection support, and testing of turbine aircraft engines (GE CF34-3 and CFM56) and engine components in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance manuals, and company procedures. Responsibilities Perform engine disassembly and assembly. Perform engine maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and overhaul. Read and interpret OEM maintenance manuals, repair manuals, engineering drawings, and technical data. Perform dimensional inspections and measurements using precision tools. Assist with borescope inspections and engine evaluations. Remove and install engine accessories and components. Document maintenance activities accurately. Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145 requirements, company procedures, and quality standards. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Assist with tooling preparation and maintenance.
