Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. Coordinate with other maintenance personnel, flight instructors, and staff to ensure efficient communication and coordination in resolving technical issues. Properly maintain and ensure the serviceability of tools and equipment used in the maintenance process. Stay informed about advancements in aircraft technology, new maintenance procedures, and regulatory changes through ongoing training and professional development.
