Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P) to perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on our fleet of charter and cargo aircraft. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of high-performance aircraft while receiving mentorship and clear pathways for advancement into a lead mechanic position.

Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on airframe and powerplant systems in accordance with manufacturer manuals, FARs, and company procedures.

Conduct thorough inspections, diagnose discrepancies, and complete accurate documentation in aircraft logbooks and work orders.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on Cessna Caravan, Beech 1900C, King Air 350, Citation VII, and PC-12 aircraft.

Ensure all work meets FAA regulations and company quality standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Collaborate with team members and support the development of less experienced technicians as skills progress.

Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements

Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certificate.

2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Willingness to learn and grow into greater responsibility.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, including lifting, climbing, and working in varied hangar conditions.
