Responsibilities Perform detailed inspections and maintenance on various light piston aircraft. Maintain flight school aircraft, including Cessna 172s, Piper Archers, and other general aviation aircraft. Ensure all aircraft meet safety and airworthiness standards. Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs to support reliable flight operations. Collaborate with the maintenance team to streamline processes and meet company goals. Communicate effectively with team members regarding maintenance needs and priorities. Requirements FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification or Inspector Authorization (IA). Strong passion and motivation for maintaining general aviation aircraft. Experience with single
