About us The Leather Institute has over 30 years of experience in leather care, maintenance, and restoration with over 20 years in aviation. We are a rapidly expanding company seeking to add to our team. The Leather Institute is the worldwide leader in aviation interior cleaning, repair, and refurbishment. We seek self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented individuals for our team. Experience in refinishing or aviation is a plus, but not a requirement. We can train you from the start. Employees report to our headquarters in Shrewsbury, some travel may be required. Compensation:

Starting pay $26.00/hr with a review after 90 days. Eligible for benefits at 90 Days. Year end performance bonuses.

Requirements:

10 Year TSA Background Check
Pre-employment Drug Test
Clean Driver's License
Please list 2-3 professional references from previous employers.
