Job Description

Ready for a unique hands-on mechanical role? PrideStaff is hiring a detail-oriented Aircraft Part Puller for an exciting 4-to-6-month teardown project working directly on commercial aircraft (such as Boeing 737s). If you love turnin' wrenches, working with tools, and want to jump into aviation mechanical work, this is your opportunity! No prior aerospace experience is needed.
Pay:
$23.00 / hour
Shift:
Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Weekends off!)
Duration:
Contract (4-6 Months)
Experience:
Entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitudes and basic hand-tool experience are welcome to apply! Key Responsibilities Safely dismantle and pull specified interior and mechanical components from aircraft structures using standard tools. Carefully inspect, wrap, and pack pulled aircraft parts to prevent damage during transit. Log, tag, and inventory pulled parts into shipping and receiving software tracking systems. Use hand and power tools to safely loosen, remove, and stage structural fasteners and sub-assemblies. Assist with staging, crate building, and preparing outgoing aviation shipments. Perform quality checks to ensure part numbers strictly match work orders and teardown manifests. Work collaboratively with the hangar crew to ensure daily teardown targets are safely met.
Required Skills & Qualifications Hand & Power Tool Experience:
Solid baseline skills using wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, and basic power tools.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to comfortably lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly in hangar/aircraft environments.
Software Savvy:
Familiarity with basic shipping, receiving, or inventory tracking programs. Sharp Attention to

Precise handling and tagging of critical aircraft components and serial numbers.
