Family owned and operated for over 80 years, Pictsweet is a frozen vegetable producer with agricultural roots. We are currently seeking an Aviation Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for completing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on company aircraft. The primary objective of the position is to promote safe and efficient aircraft operations. Responsibilities Works within The Pictsweet Company Aviation Department to maintain a culture of safety with efficient procedures that support customer service Maintains a current working knowledge of the regulations, procedures, parts and tools needed to maintain and support company aircraft Responsible for the strict adherence to regulatory requirements Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on company aircraft and equipment Performs cleaning, towing, fueling, and marshalling of company aircraft Communicates with flight crews about aircraft maintenance and condition Responsible for strict adherence to company policy and procedure. Maintains inventory of rotable components, consumables, and support equipment Performs shipping and delivery Maintains fuel farm and receives fuel deliveries Performs collateral duties as assigned. Core Competencies Customer Orientation Communications Managing Performance Results Orientation Fostering Teamwork Physical Environment Factors Requires medium to heavy lifting Work on concrete floor for extended periods Must be available to work flexible rotating day/evening/weekend shifts Overnight travel required Qualifications Education FAA Airframe and Powerplant License Associate Degree or Technical Experience Equivalent Experience Meet company psychological and physical fitness standards Three years maintenance experience on high performance turbine aircraft Valid Automobile Drivers License Valid Passport
