Hill Country Aero, a reputable aviation maintenance company, is currently seeking skilled and dedicated Airframe & Powerplant Technicians to join our team. We service Piston and turboprop powered aircraft. We have multiple positions available for individuals who are passionate about aircraft maintenance, possess an FAA A&P license, and are committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

Requirements:

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required Hands-on experience in general aviation maintenance Strong piston engine experience (Lycoming & Continental preferred)

Responsibilities:

Perform progressive maintenance on various aircraft, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company standards. Demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tool nomenclature. Utilize personal tools to conduct inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks on airframes and powerplants. Must have your own tools. Adhere to established maintenance procedures and documentation requirements. Participate in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities to ensure aircraft readiness. Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve operational goals. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with an 8-hour shift. Salary is negotiable and based on experience and performance. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Boerne, TX or already reside in the area.
