We are looking for a dependable, hard-working technician who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and being part of a team that installs and services professional technology systems. This position will include project-based installations and service calls for audio, video, security, and low-voltage systems. Experience is preferred, but we are also willing to work with the right person who has a strong work ethic, mechanical ability, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
Installing and servicing audio, video, and security systems Working with speakers, sound systems, projectors, displays, control systems, security cameras, card access, and related equipment Pulling, terminating, testing, and labeling cable Troubleshooting system issues and completing service calls Using hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and testing equipment Completing assigned daily tasks, paperwork, and job documentation Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude with customers and team members Preferred qualifications: Experience with AV, security camera/card access, low-voltage, electrical, networking, or construction-related work Basic computer skills Ability to read instructions, follow procedures, and stay organized Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding Strong problem-solving skills Clean driving record Dependable, professional, and willing to learn What we are looking for: The right candidate should be reliable, organized, and able to balance multiple tasks throughout the day.
