Responsibilities:

Install, service, and maintain wireless and wired home security systems as well as camera / CCTV systems Educate customers on the operation and features of their security systems. Evaluate customers' security needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Troubleshoot, test, and ensure all system components are functioning properly. Maintain a clean and safe work environment Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience during every service visit.

Job Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required). Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Professional appearance and excellent work ethic. Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must undergo background check (Having a criminal history does not automatically disqualify anyone from being hired.) Must pass drug test

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of alarm or security system experience Must be reliable, hard-working, and professional Experience with home security or home automation systems is preferred. Familiarity with Honeywell, Napco, VISTA Panels, and/or with similar security platforms Basic computer, tablet, and internet skills. Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-friendly attitude. Must be able to work independently. Salary /
