You'll assist with inquiries, help troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers receive timely and helpful support.

Responsibilities include:

Answering and managing a high volume of incoming customer calls Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email Assisting customers with basic alarm system troubleshooting Reviewing daily alarm activity and system reports Documenting interactions and updates in internal systems Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved Providing a friendly, professional experience during every interaction What We're Looking For Successful candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping people solve problems.

Qualifications:
