We are currently seeking any experience level, full-time Technician for residential and commercial security systems (Alarm, Video and Access Control). Knowledge of basic low voltage electrical, video surveillance, access control and burglar alarm systems is a definite plus but we will train the right candidates. Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• High school education, College or trade school preferred
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Windows confidently
• Ability to lift equipment of up to 50lbs
• Knowledge of Hand tools/troubleshooting equipment
• Pride of workmanship
• Works well in group settings
• Reliable transportation to and from our office each day
• Ability to pass a background check

Bonus:

• Knowledge of low voltage circuitry
• Proven Customer Service and communication skills
• Fine attention to detail when keeping job notes
• 5+ years experience installing and/or servicing electronic surveillance and security systems (Senstar Symphony, DMP, DSC, Open Options, Keri, preferred but not required)
• Licensed (Massachusetts D - low voltage electrical) (Preferred) Benefits include:
