We are currently seeking a Full-Time Central Station Operator to join our Central Station team in Hicksville, NY. As a Central Station Operator, you will monitor fire, burglar, and medical alarm systems from our centralized facility to help ensure customer safety and protect their property. This position involves reviewing incoming alarm signals, verifying activations, and coordinating appropriate responses with emergency services, including Police, Fire, and EMS when necessary.

Shift:

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM EST (Evening Shift)
