Job Description

•Experienced Fire Alarm Technician•Palmetto Fire Services, LLC has an immediate opening for Highly Experienced Fire Alarm Technician! The primary function of this job position is to install, troubleshoot, service, and inspect commercial fire alarm systems. This is a full time position with room to advance and grow your career within the company. Must be trust worthy, highly self-motivated and detail oriented with great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Installation, Troubleshoot, Repair and Inspect Commercial Fire Alarm Systems Individual must be able to work independently and or with others to complete projects in a timely manner while following company protocols. Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise Provide reliable, high quality customer support Complete all service following manufacturer instructions, related code/regulations, and company policies and procedures Provide documentation of inspection reports and other customer service records Provide training and assistance to less senior installers Maintain necessary truck stock, equipment and tools
Requirements:
Commit to working until obligations and deadlines are met, which may result into overtime Valid drivers license with clean driving record Strong knowledge of commercial fire alarm systems Ability to work in harsh environments cold/hot weather Extensive ladder work; extension ladders and scissor lift work Highly motivated and detail oriented Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide dependable customer support Ability to handle numerous projects going on at the same time Follow all company policies and safety protocol Clean criminal record/pass background check Ability to work on your feet and push/pull/carry 50lbs Two (2) or more years of commercial fire alarm system experience or associates degree/certificate equivalent Combination of education and hands on training Excellent communication skills and customer service Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently.

Full-time Pay:
$20.00 - $45.00 per hour
