Day Shift Benefits Help for . Must have an active Fire License Perform inspections, maintenance, testing, installation, and repair of fire protection equipment and systems in commercial and industrial. Ensure all work complies while providing excellent customer service. Inspect, test, service, and repair fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and identify system deficiencies.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and complete necessary repairs.
Install new fire protection equipment and verify proper operation.
Complete inspection reports, service records, and compliance documentation.
Ensure all work complies with Texas Department of Insurance requirements, codes.
Maintain company tools, equipment and service vehicles.
Follow all OSHA safety requirements and company safety procedures.
Participate in ongoing training to maintain required licenses and certifications.
Must have Valid Fire Technical License
3 Plus Years of Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver License
Knowledge of NFPA Codes, fire protection systems, and testing procedures.
Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
Strong troubleshooting, communication and service skills.
Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds and work on ladders, rooftops, and in confined spaces.
