In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining a wide range of security and surveillance systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and low-voltage electrical wiring. Your expertise will ensure that clients' security systems operate seamlessly, providing peace of mind and safeguarding their assets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Install electrical security systems such as CCTV cameras, alarm systems, sensors, fire alarms, and access control devices according to technical schematics and blueprints Conduct system design assessments to determine optimal placement of cameras, sensors, and other security equipment Troubleshoot and repair low-voltage electrical wiring, cabling, and equipment issues using hand tools and power tools Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and electrical blueprints to ensure accurate installation and integration of security components Perform routine maintenance checks on surveillance equipment, fire alarms, door security systems, and other security hardware Provide technical troubleshooting support for system malfunctions or failures in physical security setups Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, explain system features, and deliver excellent customer service during installation and maintenance visits Experience Proven experience as a service technician or installer specializing in electrical security systems or low-voltage wiring projects Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using power tools and hand tools for installation tasks Familiarity with computer hardware, remote access software, and network configurations related to surveillance systems Knowledge of system design principles including schematics reading, interpreting technical drawings, and electrical blueprint reading Experience working with CCTV surveillance cameras, alarm & access control systems, sensors, fire alarms, and intercoms Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues related to electrical systems or network connectivity efficiently Customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professional support during installations or repairs Join us if you're passionate about securing environments through innovative technology solutions!
