Individuals that enjoy working with their hands and are computer literate with an attention to detail will be successful. The Senior Fire Technician is responsible for the installation of fire systems. About Us Guardian Security has been serving the people of the PNW since 1976 - for almost 50 years! Pay:
$55+ per hour

Job Responsibilities:
Demonstrated technical skills to work independently on all job types from beginning to end. Able to direct the work and coach other technicians to maximize efficiency and build effective teams. Provide both on the job and classroom training to all level of technicians. Interact with customers to provide great customer service and identify additional opportunities for Guardian. Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills Work with management to identify areas of improvement and implement those changes. Able to lead a Fire Alarm installation and direct others to their respective roles. Work directly with customers onsite to communicate results of the work completed and any follow up required. Able to train customers on the system being installed. Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the field. Reviews the following week's schedule and communicates with leads Arrives on site prepared and on time Maintain quality ongoing notes in CRM system (Sedona) Maintain positive relationships with Project Mangers, Admin and Sales Team Completes all required paperwork on time Professional attire and appearance Must self-dispatch to sites, ensuring timely arrival to customer's homes and businesses. Travels as required to perform the service needs of the customer. Develops plan with manager to further career. Participates in the on-call schedule.
Qualifications:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent. Two to four years of alarm installation experience. Valid driver's license
Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations:
Guardian provides a training program and compensation structure that rewards positive work experience and achieving industry certifications and licenses. Valid Electrical 06 license or out of state equivalent
