Job Description

Come work with us! We're seeking a Fire Alarm Tech / Low Voltage 06 Electrician. (WA State Journeyman 06 - NICET I or II Preferred) Come grow with us! What We're Looking For:
Washington State 06 or 01 Journey Level Electrical License with fire alarm experience (required)
NICET II
in Fire Alarm Systems (preferred) Seattle FA-1 (preferred) Minimum of two years fire alarm installation and/or service experience (required) Valid driver's license with driving record acceptable to insurance (required) Pass a post-offer drug test panel and fair chance background check - A background check is required after a conditional offer, per WA's Fair Chance Act (RCW 49.94.010) — guide: https://www.atg.wa.gov/fair-chance-act. Career oriented with strong leadership skills Solid knowledge of applicable electrical codes
What You'll Do:
Read and understand construction drawings and scheduling Install, program and repair fire alarm, area of refuge 2-way communications, , access, and systems from various manufacturers Complete fire alarm and low voltage installations and repairs per NFPA72 and other standards Complete final reports, deficiency reports and possible bids via a computer and/or tablet Interact with clients, contractors, inspectors and field personnel Mentor and train apprentices Use company software for work orders, timesheets, and internal communication

Pay:
$45.00 - $60.00 per hour
