Automotive Body Repair Technician Responsibilities and Duties:

Disassemble vehicles and related parts Body work in accordance with the repair plan Reassemble vehicles once all repairs are complete Communicate status clearly to the shop manager Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner Follow all company safety procedures High production capabilities Detail-oriented Repair or replace mechanical parts Perform structural repairs and/or replacement repairs Perform different types of sheet metal welding and metal finishing Re-assemble painted vehicle and painted parts

Automotive Body Repair Technician Qualifications and Skills:

Must be able to work independently without close supervision, and be flexible/adaptable to constant change Must have own tools Keep personal work area organized and clean
