Auto Body Technician Camp Verde, Arizona Full-Time Confidential Opportunity A well-established, high-volume collision repair facility in the Camp Verde area is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our production team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality repairs, works efficiently, and understands the importance of following OEM repair procedures. What You'll Do Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs Repair and replace damaged body panels and components Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition using proper repair techniques Follow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer specifications Work closely with estimators, painters, and production staff to keep repairs moving Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Deliver high-quality repairs while meeting production goals What We're Looking For Previous collision repair/body technician experience Strong knowledge of collision repair methods and equipment Ability to read and follow repair plans Reliable work ethic and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality I-CAR certifications are a plus but not required Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and productivity Consistent, year-round workload Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Paid training and professional development Advancement opportunities within a growing organization If you're an experienced Auto Body Technician looking for a confidential opportunity with a stable, growing collision repair organization in the Camp Verde area, we'd like to hear from you.
