Full Job Description Responsibilities:
(Not for Beginners)- Repair and restore damaged vehicles, including auto body
- Be able to perform Structural damages on Quater panels, Front Radiator support, etc.
- Be able to perform some or minor Frame work and Pulling (not a must but a plus)
- Perform welding a MUST and use power tools to assemble and disassemble vehicle parts
- Be able to Paint Prep vehicle for paint
- Conduct detailed inspections and assessments of vehicle damage
- Collaborate with team members to develop repair plans and timelines
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the repair process
- Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience as an Auto Body Technician in a professional shop. (experience in your garage with family and friends is not considered)
- Painting experience is a plus but not required (we are not looking for a painter)
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, including welding
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Proficiency in using power tools and other equipment necessary for auto body repairs
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate with customers
