In this energetic role, you'll utilize your expertise in auto body repair, welding, and vehicle restoration to deliver exceptional results. Whether repairing collision damage, performing auto painting, or restoring vintage vehicles, your skills will help us exceed customer expectations and maintain our reputation for quality craftsmanship. Duties Assess vehicle damage thoroughly to determine necessary repairs and restoration steps Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, sheet metal work, and panel replacement Use MIG welding, soldering, and other welding techniques to secure structural components Operate power tools, hand tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment safely and efficiently Conduct auto painting and auto glass replacement to restore vehicles to pristine condition Fabricate custom parts or modifications using sheet metal and fabrication techniques Maintain detailed repair documentation and communicate progress with team members and customers Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, auto estimating, and assembly Requirements Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair preferred Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, and fabricating sheet metal components Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance procedures Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and auto painting techniques Experience with auto restoration projects or classic car repairs is a plus Ability to perform auto glass replacement and auto painting using airless paint spraying techniques Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction throughout the repair process Knowledge of auto estimating software and automotive repair standards is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining high safety standards Join us today to turn your passion for automobiles into a rewarding career!
