We are currently seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator / Collision Repair Estimator to join our growing team. $28-$37 per hour , depending on experience Performance bonus opportunities 100% employer-paid medical and dental insurance Simple IRA with employer matching Paid time off Full-time, stable employment Friendly, family-oriented work environment Responsibilities Write accurate collision repair estimates using CCC ONE and Mitchell Review vehicle damage and develop complete repair plans Communicate with customers and insurance adjusters throughout the repair process Work with Direct Repair Programs (DRPs) Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repairs Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed Deliver exceptional customer service from estimate through vehicle delivery Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as an Auto Body or Collision Repair Estimator Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell, and I-CAR programs DRP experience preferred Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with a positive, team-player attitude Spanish speaking preferred Valid California Driver's License required

Pay:

$28.00 - $37.00 per hour
