WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform thorough interior and exterior detail work on new, used, and service vehicles
• washing, vacuuming, polishing, and protecting to dealership and Land Rover presentation standards
• Prepare vehicles for guest delivery
• ensuring every car is immaculate and ready to make a strong first impression for a high-net-worth clientele
• Apply paint protection, fabric protection, ceramic coatings, and aftermarket appearance products as directed
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic issues during the detail process
• scratches, stains, swirl marks, and odors
• addressing or escalating appropriately
• Operate detail equipment including pressure washers, dual-action polishers, vacuums, and steam cleaners safely and effectively
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe detail bay and work area throughout every shift
• Coordinate with service advisors, sales staff, and porters to prioritize vehicle readiness and meet delivery timelines
• Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior detailing experience required
• dealership detail experience strongly preferred; high-end auto spa or luxury vehicle detailing backgrounds also welcome
• A luxury standard of quality
• Land Rover guests in San Francisco expect a vehicle that reflects the premium nature of the brand, and you hold yourself to that standard
• Comfortable with paint correction, dual-action polishing, and paint protection application
• Self-directed and productive

• Physically capable of standing, bending, and working on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in work that is genuinely exceptional
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
