Job Description Montrose Auto Body is a collision shop in Montrose, CO with over 20 years in town. We do clean, correct repairs and we get along with our customers and the insurance companies. We're looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to work with us at 1320 Airport Rd. This is an experienced tech job, not an apprentice spot. If you're looking to learn body work from scratch, this isn't the opening. What you'll do:

• Hang and align panels: fenders, quarters, doors, bumpers, hoods
• Weld and bond the way this shop does it (MIG steel, aluminum, panel bonding, rivets)
• Pull and straighten metal, replace structural parts to spec
• Work off a CCC estimate and flag anything that needs a supplement
• Keep the work moving and hit quality and safety standards
• Keep your stall and tools clean and organized Requirements (must-have):
• At least 2 years hands-on collision / body shop experience
• required
• Able to hang and align panels on your own, start to finish
• Able to weld and bond as used in this shop
• Able to read and work from a CCC estimate
• Own hand tools
• Valid driver's license
• Chief and I-CAR certifications are a plus, not required What we offer:
