In this role, you will be responsible for properly repairing a variety of vehicles, ensuring they are safe and reliable for our customers. Your skills will directly contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle safety. Responsibilities We are hiring a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team. At least 5 years of experience is preferred. We value our employees and invest in their success! Ability and willingness to read, comprehend, and abide by OEM repair procedures. De-trim and disassemble and reassemble vehicles. Set Up & Measure with State-of-the-Art Car-O-Liner system. Frame Pulls as needed following OEM repair procedures. Perform body repairs on steel and aluminum substrates. Maintain parts and materials carts in an organized manner. Requirements Collision technician who has a great attitude and strong work ethic. Here is what we are looking for: Minimum of 5 years Experience Preferred Ability to skillfully use frame and measuring equipment Adhere to company's technical repair processes and manufacturer's guidelines Valid state driver's license Reliable attendance is required I-CAR Platinum level preferred High school diploma Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be a current resident Repairs vehicles per repair facility's workorder and according to manufacturer standards. Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received. Prepares vehicles for refinish work. Notifies management of any additional repairs or parts needed. Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time. Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair. Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management. Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles. Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc. Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
