This role is responsible for performing high-quality structural and non-structural repairs following OEM procedures and Minuteman standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate teardown, repairs, and reassembly
- Complete unibody, structural, and frame repairs using proper measuring systems
- Repair/replace panels and components; perform welding, metal finishing, and cosmetic repairs
- Communicate additional damage or repair needs to the estimator/production team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support workflow efficiency and collaborate with painters, estimators, and teammates What You Bring
- 2+ years collision repair experience (structural preferred)
- Proficiency with welding, structural repairs, and body repair tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop
- I-CAR certifications or willingness to train (shop-supported)
