In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to a variety of vehicles, ensuring each one meets our rigorous standards for appearance and durability. Your expertise will help restore vehicles to their original beauty, providing satisfaction to customers and pride in your craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced painting techniques and collaborate with skilled auto repair professionals in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Prepare vehicle surfaces meticulously by sanding, masking, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and touch-up paint using airless paint spraying equipment and hand tools. Utilize power tools and buffing machines to achieve smooth, flawless finishes on vehicle exteriors. Conduct detailing and finishing work to enhance the overall appearance of the vehicle after painting. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times. Use bondo to repair damage on vehicles prior to paint. Previous dealership experience or auto body shop background highly preferred. Hands-on experience with auto painting techniques, including airless spray systems and buffing procedures. Must be able to work with bondo to complete body repairs. Knowledge of auto body repair, auto restoration, and vehicle maintenance practices.
