Duties Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, sheet metal work, and structural alignment using automotive welding equipment and fabrication techniques Conduct welding repairs such as MIG welding, soldering, and welding repair to restore vehicle frames and panels with precision Use hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and airless paint spraying equipment to prepare surfaces for refinishing and apply automotive cosmetic repairs Install automotive parts including auto glass, bumpers, trim pieces, and other components with attention to detail and safety standards Apply auto painting and refinishing techniques to achieve a high-quality finish that matches the vehicle's original appearance Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, auto parts installation, and general diagnostics to ensure optimal vehicle performance Collaborate with team members on auto restoration projects and provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and timelines Requirements Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or auto repair specialist with dealership experience preferred Strong knowledge of automotive structural repair, sheet metal fabrication, auto body repair, and automotive cosmetic repair techniques Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, welding repair, and the use of automotive welding equipment Familiarity with auto painting processes including auto body refinishing and airless paint spraying methods Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and other workshop equipment safely and efficiently Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, auto parts installation, auto glass replacement, and general automotive repair Experience working with automotive estimating software is a plus but not required Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during repairs Join us in delivering outstanding vehicle restoration services!
