What You'll Do We're looking for someone experienced in: Automotive refinishing and paint application Color matching and blending Surface preparation and final finishing Primer, sealer, basecoat, and clearcoat application Identifying and correcting finish imperfections Working closely with body technicians to deliver quality repairs Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment Experience with modern refinishing systems and a commitment to following proper repair procedures is preferred.
